In this episode, I explore one of my favorite Marcus Aurelius quotes from Meditations:
"Nowhere you can go is more peaceful, more free of interruptions than your own soul."
I talk about the importance of finding peace within ourselves, especially in a world that constantly pulls us outward—toward material things, social media, and endless distraction. I reflect on how chasing external possessions or achievements often leaves us feeling unfulfilled, and how true peace comes from connecting with ourselves on a deeper level.
I share practical ways I stay grounded, including reading, journaling, and taking mindful walks. I emphasize the value of slowing down, thinking long, and confronting your thoughts honestly—especially in a time when our brains are wired for quick consumption and instant gratification.
Additionally, I discuss the importance of curating our digital spaces—limiting the noise, unfollowing negativity, and seeking inspiring content like TED Talks and educational videos to continue learning and growing.
Ultimately, I believe that happiness starts with self-acceptance and being at peace with who you are. When you can look yourself in the mirror and genuinely like who you see, you’re living a truly fulfilling life.
